Venture across the Black and White Deserts, discover natural springs and ancient formations, and spend two nights camping beneath a sky full of stars before unwinding in Baharya Oasis.
Trip Itinerary
Day 01: Cairo to White Desert
Day 01: Cairo to White Desert
- We leave Cairo at 8 am, we have 2 meeting points:
- Downtown Katamya at 7 amEmirate Misr MSA gas station at 7:45 am
- Arrive at Baharya Oasis and head directly to one of the local restaurants to enjoy lunch
- After lunch we switch cars and settle in our safari cars
- Start our program by heading to the desert, our route will cover:
- Black desert visit (where we have a nature walk of 20-30 min)
- Agabat area Gabal El Galidy Mountain
- Enter the white desert where we will have our camp for 2 nights
- On the campsite we will enjoy BBQ dinner
- Enjoy our night with some beduin vibes
- Overnight camping
Day 02: A Slow Day in the White Desert

- Enjoy our breakfast at the camp
- Enjoy a full day with a slow pace covering the area’s beautiful landscapes:
- The Arch Desert roses & fossils area
- Ein El Serw spring
- Enjoy our lunch at a desert oasis with some shades
- Free time to enjoy some walks and self reflection
- Before sunset we head back to the camp site
- Enjoy our BBQ dinner
- Enjoy our second peaceful calm night under the stars
Day 03: From the Desert to Bahariya Oasis
Day 03: From the Desert to Bahariya Oasis
- Have our breakfast at the camp
- Enjoy couple of hours with a nature walk around the camp before heading back to Baharya Oasis
- On our way we pass by the Crystal mountain
- We will arriv at the lodge around 12-1 pm to check in and chill a bit
- Enjoy our lunch at the lodge
- Before sunset we meet our safari cars again for our tour at the Oasis to explore:
- Old Oasis
- English mountain
- Watch sunset by the Salt lake
- We will head back to the lodge for dinner and chill
- Enjoy our last night at the lodge - optional hot spring at the lodge (in case the tub is working)
- Overnight at the lodge
Day 04: A Slow Morning and Return to Cairo
Day 04: A Slow Morning and Return to Cairo
- Last breakfast at the lodge
- Enjoy our last couple of hrs in the sun
- Check out at 11:30 pm
- Meet our bus to leave at 12 pm back to Cairo
- ETA to Cairo around 4-5 pm

- From Nov 6 - 18: 50% refund will be issued.
- From November 19 onward: No refund will be issued (or bring someone to replace your spot)

Accommodation Notes:
- The room accommodation options above apply to the lodge stay.
- During the camping nights, we provide double tents and a limited number of single tents.
- A big women-only tent will also be available for changing and sleeping, if preferred.
-Other guests may prefer to take a sleeping bag and sleep beneath the open sky.
